Accommodating bottles ranging from one inch to nine inches in height, the PS1 Packserter includes a built-in, variable height lift stand to raise or lower the desiccant inserter in seconds without adjusting the conveyor, and adjustable bottle stop gates to set the position of the bottle at insertion while ensuring filled bottles are released gently and smoothly downstream. All set on casters with height-adjustable leveling pads included as standard, the versatile PS1 Packserter rolls up to the filling line for fast, easy installation.
Developed for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, contract packaging, and other companies, the adjustable PS1 Packserter automatically inserts desiccants, oxygen absorbers, and other packets into bottles and other containers from a continuous strip at up to 100 packets per minute in unattended, 24/7 operation. The desiccant insertion machine includes a touch-screen HMI, food-grade stainless steel in product contact areas, and an array of automated, sensor-based systems to promote smooth, trouble-free feeding and inserting.
