Included as standard, the clear gelcap mode automatically adjusts the counting sensor to stretch the count signal from 5 ms for a typical solid oral dosage product to 10 ms for round gel caps .25” long, for example, or 40 ms for oblong gel caps .90” long. Concerns for overfilling bottles due to missed counts or for underfilling bottles due to double counts are eliminated.

The tabletop capsule counter achieves filling rates of up to 1,500 per minute with 99.99 percent accuracy, based on a clear capsule size 00.
Manufactured in the company’s Wall, New Jersey headquarters, the TC4 gel cap counter measures just 34 inches across x 21 inches deep x 30 inches in height to fit neatly on common tables and counter tops. The semi-automated pill counter comes with a two-year warranty.
