Devised for versatility, the variable speed packaging conveyor may be operated at faster or slower rates based on the container size and shape, the temperature of the product, the tamper-evident band or sleeve label size and thickness, desired throughput, ambient humidity, and other factors. Optimal heat sealing using the exact amount of time required inside the heat tunnel for each container is assured.
Ideal for contract packagers and food, pharmaceutical, and nutrition product manufacturers that want to heat seal widely different products on the same conveying equipment, the Pharmafill conveyors feature a food-grade plastic belt and stainless steel construction in a clever configuration that invites complete access for fast, easy cleaning.
